PLACES LIKE THIS HAVE ZERO DISREGARD FOR WORK LIFE BALANCES. They say its a 8 hour schedule but they LIE to you its actually over 50 hours a week and you have NO CHOICE in the matter you either work it or you get points and get fired unlesss your a buddy buddy with the boss. Last but not least there there is ZERO coordination on how they handle mandatory overtime. We had one forklift guy take a week off then he said he got exposed the company made him quarantine just to be safe they didnt make him take a test or anything even though cdc has change guidelines on being quarantined. The covid practices make it a nightmare to work here because so many people can call out WITHOUT being exposed dirctly to covid.
